本项目为冬奥会配套项目，屋顶采用大悬挑仿铜飞檐，立面采用横明竖隐玻璃、铝板幕墙，裙楼采用紫点金麻石材，主入口采用超白大分格玻璃幕墙，勾勒出原建筑蝙蝠造型的设计理念
